Project Description
Brief

As part of the India Commercial Launch of Microsoft Office 365 , the brief was to create a first-of-its-kind B2B Activation targeting 1000 IT decision maker in 3000 SMEs at across 6 key Indian cities

Concept

Armed with key consumer insights, we developed a strategy that involved sharply defining the TG through multi-layered geo-targeting , creating a real-life product usage situation and delivering an unmatched experience to the ITDMs.

We designed a first-ever, custom designed by DC - MICROSOFT OFFICE 365 ‘CRUISER’ , loaded with best in class technology from Microsoft, HP and Nokia and outfitted as a stylish, luxurious OOH environment for an exclusive 1:1 Demonstration . The personal invite included a special AREAL APP based video, embedded in the invite brochure that got activated on a scan from an App enabled Smartphone. The video took ITDMs on a virtual preview of the ‘Cruiser’. Specially trained Technology Advisors demonstrated the product 1:1 , handled queries and created traction.

Results

122% Target Achieved (1215 Demonstrations against a target of 1000 demonstrations )
67% call for second-level engagement post-demo( 814 Second-Level Appointments )
62% of TG gave Appointments
81% Invitations were converted to Demonstrations
Average Mileage of 7 km / Demo or 20 minutes of the ITDMs undivided attention
The first two months generated a Social impression of 41922 with Unique interactions of 205740 on the FB
