With a strategically derived event identity of ‘M-Power’,the 4-day Annual Conference was designed to communicate employee M-powerment. A pre-event buildup across 13 offices, with invitations to select 500 employees set the tone for an event that promised to be clutter-breaking. We creatively re-worked traditional presentation & entertainment formats, evolving them into engaging, interactive sessions.
6 simultaneous training sessions, performances by rock bands, custom produced Monster Anthem, a ‘Dahi-Handi’ inspired Team Building message, pre-shot chat show , stadium style large format conference hall with 270 degree projection – it all came together in a magnificent, powerful memorable conference.Results
